Deadlines February 1st, 2026:
- NJSFWC Annual Reports are due, postmarked by February 1st.
- Carol J. Sas Award
- Nominations for the Cecilia Gaines Holland Award
- The deadline to apply for a GFWC LEADS Candidate
- Creative Writing and Youth Creative Writing Contest
- Newsletter/Press Book/Scrapbook contests
- GCI Registration is due by January 31st
Other February Deadlines
- LEADS Applications are due February 4th.
- The Convention Program Ad forms deadline is February 15th
- Friends of the Convention from is due February 28th
- Website Contest deadline is February 28th
March Deadlines:
- State Honor Roll or Order of the Lily forms due by March 1st
- Patron for Woman of Achievement, deadline March 20th
- 1894 Society due by March 31st

Club Spelling Bee Reminder
If your club is holding a Spelling Bee in January or February, please email the Education and Libraries Chairman, Joan Murdoch at murdoch@njsfwc.org to receive a copy of the spelling bee word list.
