Operation Smile Delivery

The OPERATION SMILE Fall delivery is scheduled for September 19. Any club or individual wanting FREE delivery of items they have prepared or gathered for Operation Smile should deliver them to NJSFWC Headquarters by the morning of September 17 at the latest.

All items for delivery to Operation Smile should be packed in boxes or bags with an OS Inventory sheet and General Shipping Instructions in EACH container. If the items to be delivered are similar – the shorter Community Volunteer Supply Donation Inventory Form can be used. The shorter form provides space for up to 16 line items: example – pencils 16, crayon boxes 20, gowns 12, blankets 22 etc. could all be on separate lines of one Community form.
