NJSFWC ECONNECTION, May 20, 2010

Jan Hanson, President

Mark your calendars. The 2021 NJSFWC Convention will be going back to the Boardwalk on April 26-28 at Bally’s Hotel and Casino. Since we will be holding it in April, I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to save the date.

SPECIAL STATE PROJECT UPDATE

I appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm with the new Special State Project-Operation Chillout and I apologize for the confusion with the online registry. It will not be ready to go until Memorial Day.

If you would like to have a speaker at a Club meeting, please contact Col. Ted Sattur at 973-868-0453.

If you have any other questions, please contact Patricia Dahl, Special State Project Chairman, 856-227-0659, dahl@njsfwc.org instead of Operation Chillout. We will be posting new information from Operation Chillout as soon as it is finalized.

COMMUNICATION GROUP

In order to Let Our Voices Soar we need as many media contacts as we can gather. Please send Communications Chairman Carole Speechley, speechley@njsfwc.org, any contact information on online news sites, newspapers, radio, television, etc. Also, if you would like to receive press releases directly, we are starting a communications group. Send Carole your contact information to be added to the email list.

This Monday is Memorial Day so please remember those we have lost in service to our Country. Many Memorial Day ceremonies are curtailed, but we can take this opportunity to fly a flag or make a sign for your lawn. Take a picture and send it to NJSFWC Facebook page, facebook@njsfwc.org.
