State Fall Conference will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023 at the Battleground Country Club in Manalapan. The cost of the Luncheon is $50 and includes salad, a choice of four entrees, dessert and coffee or tea.

- Norwegian Salmon
- Chicken Francaise
- Vegetarian Meal.
No need to decide your meal at Registration. Your entrée will be chosen by you that day!
Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with mini muffins, coffee, tea, and juice available. Vendors will open from 8:30-10:00 a.m. and again following the morning Business Session which will begin at 10:00 a.m.
UPDATE: Walgreens will NOT be there offering flu shots. Please make arrangements to get your flu shot elsewhere.
The Morning Session will feature our Day of Service Chairman, Mary Lou Bak, filling us in on the plans for January 2024.
Following the speakers, attendees will work on two Done in One Projects.
- The first one will be writing notes to Veterans thanking them for their service to our Country. These will be distributed to Veterans Hospitals in time for Veteran’s Day in November.
- The second project will be filling detergent caps with floral foam and fall silk flowers. These tray favors will be distributed to Nursing Homes in time for Thanksgiving.
The afternoon keynote speaker will be Marci Hopkins, award winning TV personality, host of the Talk Show “Wake Up With Marci”, author and motivational speaker. Following the keynote address, Membership awards will be given along with awards from the GFWC Convention.
A block of rooms has been reserved for Sunday, October 22nd at the Hampton Inn in East Windsor located 15 minutes from the Battleground Country Club and minutes off Exit 8 of the NJ Turnpike. The group rate is $149 plus tax and includes a buffet breakfast. When making a reservation, please refer to the NJSFWC State Fall Conference to receive the special rate. To add to the fun of being together at the hotel, we will again be holding a Paint & Sip Party at a cost of $20.00 and you will go home with a finished art project on a 12×12 inch canvas. Think of all the great entries we will have at Achievement Days! Following the Paint & Sip, which will take place in the hotel lobby at 4:30 p.m., we will proceed to a local restaurant for dinner.
