3. Insert in the DOLLAR AMOUNT $40
4. Select Donate with “Credit Card Or Debit Card”
5. In the WRITE A NOTE section write SSP Fundraiser (this will let us know)
6. Complete your Credit Card Information or Debit Card (Billing Address, Email & Phone Number)
7. Select DONATE NOW
8 If you put an email address in a confirmation will be sent to you!
Payment by Check
1. Check made payable to NJSFWC
2. Cost $40 per person
3. Please indicate how many and who attending.
4. Mail Check to: NJSFWC, 55 Labor Center Way, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-1593
5. Then Email Marie Sullivan at sullivan@njsfwc.org so she can put you on the list.

Donations for mid-April delivery to Operation Smile must be at Headquarters or Jill McDonald’s home 26 Bastian Drive, Mt. Laurel by April 9 NJSFWC Board Meeting. Contact Jill at mcdonald@njsfwc.org for more information.
