Ask Granny: February 24
Would you like learn more about discovering your roots and your ancestors? Ever thought about doing Family Tree research? Learn how to begin at an adapted “Ask Granny” presentation (developed by Judy Russell and Greg Crane).
Most amateur genealogists have thought: “Why didn’t I ask my Grandmother about my family?”
Starting with pencil and paper, learn how to start the process of filling out the beginnings of a family tree that can be handed down to the younger generation. Hopefully, this will give participants the push to continue building their tree by contacting relatives, asking questions, visiting repositories, as well as doing online research.
