ABOUT OUR CLUB

The Cresskill Woman's Club was established in 1962. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting our community.

We provide scholarships to high school students residing in Cresskill and sponsor two students, one to attend NJSFWC's Girls' Career Institute (GCI) and one to attend the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Foundation (HOBY) educational programs.

Through various fundraising events, we support several charitable organizations at the local, state, national, and international levels. Our contributions benefit the Cresskill Library, American Legion Post 21, Cresskill Cares, local individuals and families in need, and other community projects. We also donate to Operation Smile, UNICEF, and Heifer International. Additionally, every two years, we participate in the NJSFWC Special State Project, which is currently Embrella, an organization that serves foster, adoptive, and kinship parents in communities throughout NJ.

The Cresskill Woman's Club is a proud member of the NJ State Federation of Women's Clubs and, in turn, the GFWC, General Federation of Women's Clubs, founded in 1890.

WHY JOIN?

The Cresskill Woman's Club provides women the opportunity to get involved and make a difference in their community as well as around the world. There is something for everyone, including a variety of projects, social events, and informative programs. We combine community service with forming friendships and having fun.
