Develop Your Club’s Leaders with L.E.A.D.S.

GFWC LEADS (Leadership, Education & Development Seminar) program allows clubs to recognize members with the potential and desire to take on leadership positions beyond their clubs. This program, which is held annually the day before the official opening of the GFWC Annual Convention, gives a full day of training, so members gain skills, confidence and commitment to serve higher office. The 2026 Convention will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona.
