There are a number of important alerts from the GFWC’s Legislative Action Center. Clubs and clubwomen are the local advocates for GFWC’s legislative agenda. It is through the national network of grassroots advocates that the Federation gains its political influence.

One of the most important is the Trafficking Survivors Relief Act of 2025. There are also alerts about much other pending legislation, including Protecting Kids Online; Improve Maternal and Infant Health; Protect Funding for Victims of Crime; Supporting Fiscal Year 2026 Funding to Stop Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, and Stalking; and many more.
