Jean L. Revis, President

Jean L. Revis, First VP NJSFWC


Jean Revis serves as the 55th President of the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Cubs, She has previously served on the NJSFWC Board as: 1st Vice President/President Elect Dean to the nine District Vice Presidents as well as State Leadership Chairman. Second Vice President, Third Vice President and State Membership Chairman, Recording Secretary,Corresponding Secretary, Vice President - Eleventh (Ramapo) District and Women of Achievement Chairman. She has served on the Finance, Bylaws, Resolutions, Fall Conference and Nominations and Elections Committees. She has been a judge for the Woman of Achievement Awards and the State Spelling Bee.

A 24 year member of the Riverdale Woman’s Club, Jean has held every office including 2 terms as President and Treasurer. She is currently serving her club as Parliamentarian. She is also a member of the Past President’s Club of the Eleventh District, the State EX Club, The Phoenix Club, the Lilies and the National Association of Parliamentarians.

Jean served on her Parish School Board, was a Girl Scout Leader, Boy Scout Committee Member and CCD Teacher. She served on the Riverdale Municipal Alliance Committee as her Club’s representative. A twenty- five year member of the PTA she is a recipient of the National PTA Lifetime Membership Award in recognition of her service to children.

Jean and her husband Steve have been married for 48 years and are the parents of four and grandparents of seven. 





Mary E. Wolfe, President - Elect

Mary Wolfe, Second Vice PresidentCurrently serving as NJSFWC President - Elect, Mary previously served on the NJSFWC Board as Second Vice President, Third Vice President, Southern District Vice President, Credentials & Registration Chairman, Honors Chairman and Chairman of Nominations & Elections. In addition, she served on the Junior Membership Board as Southern Assistant Director, Finance Chairman, Second District Advisor and International Affairs Chairman.

She has been a member of the Membership, Leadership, Convention, Credentials & Registration, Legislation/Resolutions and Bylaws Committees and is a member of the Regional Leadership Team.

Mary was a member of the Vineland Junior Woman’s Club for 13 years and has been a member of the Woman’s Club of Vineland for 21 years. She held many offices and chairmanships, including President and was instrumental in forming the Vineland Juniorettes. She is a member of the Southern District Past Presidents Club, the State Ex Club and the Junior Ex Club.

Mary and her husband, Walt, have been married for 38 years and are the proud parents of two daughters and a son. They are doting grandparents to 3 granddaughters and two grandsons.



Jan Hanson, 2nd Vice President

Jan Hanson, Third Vice President, NJSFWC

Jan Hanson serves as NJSFWC Second Vice President and serves as Dean to the Chairmen who report to the General Federation of Women's Clubs. She has previously served as on the NJSFWC Board as 3rd Vice President, Education CSP, Special State Project, Internaitonal Affairs, Public Affairs, and Headquarters Foundation Chairman.  She also, served as the District Vice President for the 3rd District. 

She is a past President of the Woman's Club of Merchantville, the Ex-Presidents’ of the Garden District and Junior EX.  She is a member and past Chairman of the Woman's Club of Merchantville-Evening Membership Department .  Jan is a charter member of the Central Valley Contemporary Club and a member  of the Ex Club.

Jan has also served on the NJSFWC Junior Membership State Board for 8 years in numerous capacities and past president of the Merchantville Juniors.   She has been a member of the federation for 33 years.

Married to Barry for 38 years with three children and works part-time at the local library.




Shirley Holly, 3rd Vice President

Shirley has been a clubwoman for 26 years, is an active member of the Past Junior President’s Club-Shore District, and has held many positions in both her junior and general clubs. She first joined the Board of Directors in 1998 as JM Representative to the Board, followed by Director of Junior Clubs, Historian and Public Issues Chairman.

She’s been President of Dover Township JWC, Barnegat WC, Junior Ex, GFWC Past Directors Club, GFWC Marta’s Cruising Juniors and served as Advisor to the Jersey Juniorettes for 5 years.

Shirley served on the Leadership Team, Margaret Yardley Fellowship Fund, Headquarters Foundation Fund, By-Laws, Convention Committees, and was Vice Chairman of Credentials/Registration.

A member of the GFWC Board of Directors since 2002 to present, she served as Education & Helping Hands Chairman, Aide to the GFWC Director, and member of The Domestic Violence, Fundraising and 125th Anniversary Committees.

Shirley served as the Laurel Service Unit Manager and was a 13 year Girl Scout leader. She volunteers for Emmanuel Cancer Foundation and is a four time puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence. Shirley works as a Media Specialist for Brackman Middle School, been married to Bob for 33 years, and has four children.
